These are the services we provide: - Business Formation; - Bookkeeping services; - Tax services; - Virtual address. **Who are we looking for** We are looking for focused and hands-on professionals that think outside the box to provide improvement ideas and help us achieve our goals **About the position** As our SDR, you'll play a critical role in developing new prospects and maintaining relationships with multiple contacts at all levels of our target customer segments. You'll understand the impact you have on the bottom line and play one of the most important roles in the company. Day-to-day responsibilities include working with the broader sales team, conducting market research to identify new prospects and leads, and qualifying those leads by learning about their needs and requirements. **Your main responsibilities** - Drive Globalfy's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, generating sales opportunities that turn into closed deals. - Learn from our experienced sales team and help build our world-class sales playbook. - Identify and develop a deep understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch points, and handoff to a sales executive. **Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required** Education and Experience: - Advanced English and Spanish, both written and spoken; - At least 1 year of experience as an SDR; - Demonstrated track record in consistently meeting or surpassing ambitious sales targets and quotas; Skills and Abilities: - You have knowledge on sales frameworks such as BANT, SPIN Selling, GPCT or Sandler Selling. - You are smart and hard-working. - You have an entrepreneurial spirit/experience with a strong growth mindset. - You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to continually improve processes and communication workflows. - You have proficient sales acumen encompassing lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement strategies; - You master sales and communication tools, CRM software (Hubspot), and technologies crucial to the sales process. - You have confidence in client interactions, objection handling, and presenting compelling solutions. - You are able to cultivate enduring relationships with clients and potential customers. - You have intrinsic motivation for sales success and a strong drive to exceed performance targets. - You are dedicated to researching and understanding client needs for a tailored and effective sales approach. - You have empathy and a customer-centric mindset to deliver personalized solutions. **We're particularly interested in talking to you if** - You have experience or knowledge on the business formation process. - You've worked for a fast-growing startup. - You have worked successfully in a remote & multicultural team. - You speak other languages such as Portuguese. **Benefits you will have** - Competitive salary; - Monthly Self-Development Budget including language courses (EN, SP and PT); - PTO balance; - Individual development programs; - Equal employment opportunity; - Bereavement policy; - Parental and marriage leave policy; - Referral bonus; - Equipment to work; - And a bunch of enthusiastic team members to work with :) **Schedule** Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (BRT) **Type of Recruitment** Remote (outside the US) **Salary** Negotiable **If by any chance this is not the role for you but you feel like working with us, use the link below to share a little bit about yourself.
