What You’ll Do:
- **Negotiate & sell**: Drive business by negotiating competitive rates for spot market and contracts, and sell loads to carriers.
- **Build relationships**: Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with carriers to ensure successful freight movement.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, quickly respond to customer needs, and secure business.
- **Monitor & adjust**: Track market trends and adjust carrier rates to stay competitive.
- **Track & trace**: Monitor shipments and track the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise.
**What You Bring**:
- Experience in **Logistics and Transportation**.
