- Homogenizer Frontline Sales Engineer
- Your responsibilities and tasks:
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Prospecting and generating qualified opportunities in assigned markets.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Presenting and selling projects tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Coordinating the preparation and presentation of technical and commercial proposals.
- Negotiating contract terms and conditions, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Providing post-sales follow-up and maintaining continuous communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional growth opportunities.
- Conducting market research.
- Proposing sales strategies for integration projects (Capex) and recurring business (Opex).
Your profile and qualifications:
As a V&P Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the B2B sales channel, focusing on maintaining relationships with breweries and expanding into the personal care and liquid food industries across the Andean region, specifically in Colombia, Peru, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, and Guatemala.
Your main responsibility will be to identify and sell pumps and valves for plant expansion projects, new production lines, or new production plants in the alcoholic beverage (breweries), liquid food (sauces and spreads), and personal care (high-viscosity and high-value products) industries.
Your contribution will be essential not only for improving the operational efficiency of our clients but also for supporting the continuous growth of GEA in the global industrial projects market. This position offers you the opportunity to develop strategic sales and service skills while directly contributing to the success and expansion of our company worldwide.
What We Require:
- Knowledge of aseptic or hygienic pumps and valves
- Understanding of beverage and food production processes
- At least one year of experience in this business line
- Availability to travel two weeks per month
- Minimum English level: B1
