Sahar Group is a well-established FAA/EASA certified repair station specializing in aircraft component maintenance, repair, and overhaul with Headquaters in Miami, FL. Committed to safety, quality, and innovation, we are actively searching for a highly skilled Aeronautical/Aerospace/Mechanical Engineer to join our team of aviation experts.

The Project Engineer will supervise diverse projects encompassing aircraft maintenance, manufacturing and business development. This position demands a robust technical foundation, project management expertise, and effective communication with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and demonstrate unwavering dedication to delivering top quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage quality plans, budgets, and timelines for multiple projects simultaneously while mitigating risks.

  • Align project objectives with organizational goals across departments.

Liaise with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders; conduct routine progress meetings.

  • Develop 2D/3D CAD models and detailed drawings using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Fusion.

  • Document and report project progress meticulously.

  • Support executives in developing and refining business concepts and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Experience in project management (preferred).

- Proficiency in ASME Y14.5 GD&T Standards and CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360).

  • Eagerness to collaborate cross-functionally with other engineering teams while able to work independently; detail-oriented and execution focused.

  • Familiarity with FAA regulations, AS 9110/9100, or EASA guidelines is a plus.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish, with a minimum proficiency level of B2/C1 in English.

  • Willingness to travel nationally/internationally on short notice. Valid B1/B2 US VISA is a MUST.

  • Enthusiastic and motivated.
