Tendrá autonomía en los aspectos técnicos y en cuanto al pricing, se regirá por los lineamientos dictados por Offering y/o su team leader. Responsibilities Dominio de líneas de producto del portafolio Vertiv: Ac Power y Power Distribution, Racks & Racks solutions, DCP & OSP, Softwre y Monitoring, Smart Solutions & IMS, Thermal Management y Servicios. Según asignacion y formación. Acompañar y dar soporte técnico a los vendedores de Cuentas Estrategicas y Ventas Latam en las reuniones con clientes, de forma presencial o remota, para obtener información de primera mano de los detalles del requerimiento. Gestión de contratistas y desarrollo de documentación base para cotizar. Gestiona las inquietudes técnicas del proceso. Da respuesta a tiempo a los requerimientos del cliente. Identifica el portafolio que aplica en algunas regiones de LATAM. Realiza análisis y optimización de costos. Gestiona el procedimiento y el flujo de la información. Creación de ítems en la base de datos de las plataformas Oracle y SAP, para que el área de operaciones pueda manejar la logística asociada a los productos. Procesamiento de Órdenes de Compra mediante un Sales Order Request (SOR) para que la venta quede registrada en los sistemas de gestión y se inicie el proceso de ejecución. Qualifications Minimum Job Qualifications Contar de 2 a 4 años de experiencia en el área de infraestructura crítica. Dominio de herramientas como: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD. Preferred Qualifications Deseable experiencia en Telecom y/o DataCenter, C&I Education and Certifications Profesional en ingeniería eléctrica, electrónica, mecánica o electromecánica.
