Horario: Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a domingo (2 días libres)

Descripción del Cargo:
Estamos buscando un Customer Service Representative con habilidades avanzadas en inglés para gestionar llamadas entrantes y salientes. En este rol, serás responsable de brindar una experiência excepcional a los clientes, resolviendo sus inquietudes y proporcionando soluciones rápidas y eficaces en un entorno de call center dinámico y orientado a resultados.

**Responsabilidades**:
Atender llamadas de clientes en inglés, brindando asistencia de manera eficiente y amigable.

Resolver consultas y problemas de los clientes de manera proactiva.

Mantener un registro preciso y detallado de cada interacción.

Cumplir con los indicadores de desempeño y los estándares de calidad de la empresa.

Colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.

**Requisitos**:
Nível de inglés avanzado (B2-C1).

Mínimo 6 meses de experiência en atención al cliente.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

Habilidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido.

Actitud positiva y orientación a la resolución de problemas.
