**Customer Service Representative - Logistics Industry**
**Location**: Medellin

**Schedule**: Sunday to Thursday
- Shift 1: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Shift 2: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM

(A_lternate every two weeks between Shift 1 and Shift 2_

**Contract Type**: Permanent

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team At First Colombian Companies, there’s plenty of room to learn, develop, and explore new roles within the company.

**About the Role**

We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our logistics operations. You’ll assist customers, solve issues efficiently, and work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and timely service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Resolve issues related to logistics, orders, or deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service (logistics industry a plus).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using customer service tools and technology.
- Availability to work the specified schedule.
