Unified Benefits South S.A.S is looking for a dedicated and service-oriented **Customer Service Representative** with excellent communication skills to join our remote support team. This position plays a key role in providing professional, efficient, and empathetic service to our clients in every interaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide clear, respectful, and timely responses to customer needs.
- Accurately document all interactions and customer details in company systems.
- Follow internal protocols to escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold high standards of service.
- Participate in virtual training sessions to enhance skills and stay up-to-date.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma required (technical or university studies preferred).
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital tools and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly in a remote environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in conflict resolution, customer retention, or handling sensitive situations.
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency (not required but a plus).
