**Business Operations Manager**
About the Role We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to work remotely alongside the founder across two growing ventures:

- Consulting firm focused on strategy and digital transformation.
- Publishing & content company in travel, lifestyle, and media. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement quarterly business plans and KPIs.
- Recruit, manage, and develop remote teams.
- Build and optimize sales funnels, outreach, and brand positioning.
- Streamline workflows and manage digital tools (Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Trello, Google Workspace).
- Act as a strategic partner to the founder, providing insights and execution support.

**Requirements**:

- 5-7 years in business operations, strategy, or startup leadership.
- Proven success in growing brands/companies from the ground up.
- Advanced English + verifiable U.S. client references.
- Experience managing remote teams across time zones. Offer Details
- Work mode: Remote.
- Commitment: Part-time.
- Compensation: USD 50 - 100 per hour.
- Start date: November 2025.
- Preferred locations: Philippines, South Africa, Colombia, India, Pakistan.
