**Job Summary**: Work directly with Project Leads, business leaders, and Change Management Leader to support the delivery of change activities aligned to Zimmer Biomet Change methodology; responsibilities will include stakeholder management, impacts analysis, communications, business readiness, and planning and supporting the training delivery to enable the successful adoption of the new systems, processes, methods of working and behaviors.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**: - Act as the advocate for change, leading the change effort with and through the Global E2E Steering Committee and Regional Leadership Team
- Provide Change support and advice to Project Managers, including training, awareness, and adoption
- Support the wider business to ensure that the potential impact on structures, roles, responsibilities, and competencies with functional areas are identified and aligned with the future operating model and that all supporting documentation is completed.
- Identify and escalate risks and issues related to all aspects of change management, including training, organization transition adoption risks, and resistance, and support the resolution process.
- Plan the change strategy, communications, and training approaches and manage the quality of the change management deliverables; in many circumstances, be directly involved in the delivery.
- Align all plans and activities to the Project Management Plan and work hand in hand with the Project Manager
- Develop a roadmap and report progress against overall Organizational readiness and transition
- Monitor and report the progress of the change management team against the project management plan. Take action to mitigate variances
- Work with the Business process teams to identify impacts that will be addressed through change management activities.

**Expected Areas of Competence**: - Demonstrated change management experience delivering successful outcomes
- Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies (ADKAR model), tools, and formal change management accreditation.
- Ability to identify and profile impacted and influencer stakeholder groups and determine appropriate fit for purpose and sustainable change strategies for each group.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical matters, concisely and confidently at all organizational levels and to externally impacted stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills to meet objectives on time and within budget.
- A solid understanding of how people undergo change and the change process.
- Excellent active listening skills and ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, including English speaking and writing skills.
- Must be able to work collaboratively with and through others. Ability to influence others to achieve common goals.

**Education/Experience Requirements**: - Bachelor’s Degree required
- Master’s Degree or MBA, a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in organizational change management or related field required. - Experience in large-scale programs and transformation initiatives involving change and communication activities required.
- Experience in delivering change management for Finance Projects, Organizational Structure, IT or Process Optimization solutions preferred.
- Significant communications experience in employee, corporate, and marketing areas required.
- Strong track record in positioning critical messages to various audiences to achieve the tangible outcomes required.
- Previous experience in a consulting organization and relevant, distinguished industry experience are assets. PROSCI, CCMP certification or designation, a plus.

**Travel Requirements**: 20%
