**What success looks like in this role**:
**Responsibilities**
- Manage vendor and third party relationships, including contracts, SLAs and service levels;
- Develop and implement supplier management strategies to ensure quality and performance expectations are met;
- Evaluate potential and current suppliers in terms of technical, financial and quality capabilities;
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with suppliers to ensure performance expectations are met;
- Monitor supplier performance and make recommendations for improvement;
- Manage risks associated with suppliers and third parties and develop contingency plans;
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure project requirements are met within established timelines and budgets;
- Perform cost-benefit analysis and make informed decisions on supplier management.

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
- Professional in business administration, engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in vendor management or vendor relationship management.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and service level agreements;
- Strong knowledge of vendor management processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with IT technologies and services.
- Advanced conversational English
