This role is responsible for managing all aspects of IT changes. Changes will be reviewed for, prioritization, impact and their overall impact to TU’s environment, ultimately approving or rejecting the changes. In addition, the change manager will prep, organize and chair various technical and CAB meetings, while also reviewing performance metrics and meeting with teams to help them improve on key KPI’s.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Information Technology supporting ITSM processes with at least 2 years of experience working in a hybrid cloud environment
- Solid understanding of the ITIL methodologies with specific focus on Change, Incident, Release and Problem management.
- Knowledge in various technical areas, such as Networking, Architecture, and configuration management.
- Experience with migrations from on premise/legacy technologies to cloud technologies
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to leverage relationships to support the team’s efforts to drive change
- Skillful with office products (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Experience in creating reports and metrics (for e.g in Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal skills required in English & Spanish
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to work independently as well as work effectively in groups
- Outstanding problem solving skills

**We’d Love to See**:

- ITIL V3 or v4 certification
- Remedy and/or JSM ITSM tool experience
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Certification, or other relevant cloud certification (Azure, GCP, etc.) is a plus
- Experience supporting Major Incident Response Teams (MIRT) in identification of changes causing immediate impact to the environment
- Hands on experience with DevSecOps
- Service Transition is a plus

- Lead with influence Global Technology teams (including SREs) to ensure process compliance and clear definition of requested changes. Review changes for documentation, prioritization, impact, urgency, and overall impact to TU’s environment
- Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings ensuring changes are approved and communicated at the correct levels
- Analyze change KPI and metrics
- Meet with teams to review metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
- Annually review change policies and procedures as required
- Collaborate with IT functions and key stakeholders in continual service improvement activities
- Implement and support IT Service Management best practices
- Align change management to a global practice with other regions
