This role will be part of the Global Services Finance team in the Enterprise & Employees Financial Services process area. The Global Services Finance organization provides best-in-class, cost-effective financial services, and compliance—in a J&J way—to our Operating Companies around the world.
**Position Summary**
The position will be part of the Global HUB organization. It is critical for the Sr. Payroll Analyst role to have knowledge and experience in payroll operations and payroll project in at least one of the 4 regions i.e. North America, LATAM, EMEA and ASPAC towards building and operationalize HUB capabilities. This role will have direct interaction with third party vendors operations and project team by providing inputs needed to both payroll and timekeeping systems. You will also facilitate and have tactical responsibilities in the areas of Incident and Change management, Continuous Improvement initiatives, project deliverables and system upgrades. The role will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive knowledge of payroll requirements, practices, and procedures for the country and ensuring accurate and updated documentation of these requirements. Strong collaboration, agility, and solution mindset are critical for this role.

- Supports payroll project implementation, transition, and continuous improvements.
- Serve as a Payroll support for the different phases of the project like testing, data management, process documentation etc.
- Supports multi-country payroll to have an effective operational model in compliance with company policies as well as statutory and legal requirements.
- Collaboration with HR in-country, regional hubs, GPO and other stakeholders across the organization and other functions.
- Provide expertise on payroll calculation process with third party payroll provider.
