We're aways improving Learn new skills and upgrade your existing ones Earn a monthly income that can grow into a full-time salary in the long term **ABOUT THE POSITION AND WHO WILL BEST FILL IT** The Client Support Specialist (CSS) position is best for someone who is customer-focused, sales-driven, diligent, tenacious and detail-oriented. Your main goal is to ensure positive client experiences and work with the Project Manager and Strategist to quickly respond to client questions, complaints, or general comments that aren’t strategy-specific. Making it better will be part of your responsibility. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Monitor our inbox for client communications; respond or direct to the correct person (with a message to that person) - Respond to all clients messages within 30 minutes during regular business hours - Respond to cancellation requests, offering a consultation call, the cancellation link, and solicit feedback and testimonials - Request testimonials - Collaborate with the Account Strategist for upsell strategies - Lead in monitoring the Tawk.to channel during business hours - Send regular messages to clients regarding tasks, account status, completion, etc. - Respond to client questions regarding the app, app account, or other technical issues - Introduce new features to clients, be a source for answering questions - Collect materials from clients and put in the appropriate place (e.g. login credentials) - Reading and following our training (details and consistency matter) as well as working to improve it over time - Attend sync-ups daily at 1030am EST, Monday - Friday Attend daily team meetings at 415pm EST, participate with constructive ideas **REQUIREMENTS** - Must have excellent written English skills for communicating with AutoGrow's clients - Must have a reliable, stable, and fast internet connection - Must be diligent and enjoy having a position where staying organized and communicating clearly is key - Must have project management experience - BIG PLUS if you have any digital marketing experience and knowledge - Must be friendly, diligent, and enjoy working within a proven process, and recurring daily workflow - Comfortable working virtually and being self-directed - Must be available to work during normal business hours i.e. between 9am and 5pm EST (New York Time), Monday - Friday Must complete a skill test and 2-week training as documented on our wiki, as given by our assistant **If you have more than 3 years Sales/Retention experience and at least 1 year of Digital Marketing background + great English communication skills, please add us on Skype by saying the word "Rabbit"** **Salary**: From $5,200,000 per month **Experience**: - Sales: 3 years (required) - Digital Marketing: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (required)
