You will assist in the initial and ongoing training of more junior team members **You will be responsible for**: - Procedural Support - with specific focus on complex arrhythmias - Case preparation and set-up - Trouble shooting - Operate Biosense Webster propriety hardware - Product Complaints - Clinical specialist training and infield coaching during procedural case support - Infield case support for new CS as part of onboarding and induction plan - Undertake “buddy/mentor” role for new hires - Completion of new hire training workbook - Assist in the continued upskilling and development of exiting team members as directed by clinical trainer - Provide feedback and coaching to new hires as required and in line with new hire training plan developed by CTM - Provide feedback on new hire progress to FSM/RSM and CTM - Check all the products prior to the procedure, guaranteeing that there are not expired products and that the products with the shortest expiration date, are those that are consumed - Commercial support of Product Specialists - Implement sales strategies developed by Product Specialists. - Provide sales leads to Product Specialists - Work closely with FSM/RSM/SCG to undertake account management responsibilities in the absence of Product Specialist on territory (e.g. whilst recruiting) - Conduct in-service training to physicians, cardiac technologists and nurses. - Biosense Webster propriety equipment - General Electrophysiology training - Clinical - Complete company critical clerical tasks (inc. ongoing personal development) - Consignment counts - Expenses - Monthly reports - Business Reviews - PL - Customer relationship tools (TVA) - Clinical paper research - Case reviews - Other professional development **Competencies** - Interact and support medical staff during Cardiac Electrophysiology procedures. - Detailed understanding of Cardiac Arrhythmias. - Develop and implement ways to improve workflow for complex mapping Cardiac Electrophysiology procedures - Proactively identify and communicate sales opportunities to grow the Biosense Webster business. **Scope of Role** - Customers: Physicians, Cardiac Technologists and Nurses. - Purpose of activities: To provide clinical case coverage to customers utilizing Biosense Webster products and technology. - Impact of activities and decision-making: High level of impact with individual customers and their patients. - Level of autonomy/ supervision received: High level of autonomy. **QUALIFICATIONS**: **Qualifications and requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree preferably in Health Sciences or Biomedical Engineering - Preferred related industry experience: EP/Cardiac tech, EP Clinical Specialist - Other qualifications: IBHRE, CEPIA (both highly valued) - Minimum 3 years’ experience in Clinical Specialist Role - In-depth understanding of EP and catheters - Signed off “leading” in MEM - Signed off “leading” in PaSo - Signed off “leading ”in ConfiDense - Signed off “leading” in Sound / UniVu (where available) - Signed off “leading ”in SmartAblate - FM/FM rating - (Successfully met all Leadership Imperatives) - Proven uptake of new technology introductions - Passmark of >85% recert/ASTM **Safe Fleet requirements**: Since this position is eligible for Company Car as working tool, it is also required: - Valid driver’s license. - At least 3 years of driving a car experience, preferably in highway zones (between 80 and 110 km/h) and with standard vehicles.
