Your Responsibilities:Job Description Summary
  • Lead the sales of products and systems within the designated market in alignment with Accelleron's commercial strategy.

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while ensuring timely resolution of customer needs and issues.

  • Identify, develop, and convert new sales opportunities to support business growth.

1. Volume & Profitability
  • Sell products and systems to customers while ensuring alignment with volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned Business Units/Product Groups.

  • Actively contribute to achieving revenue and growth objectives.

2. Customer Relations
  • Establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations.

  • Promote customer awareness of Accelleron's full product, system, and service offering.

  • Ensure a consistently positive customer experience throughout the entire sales process.

3. Sales Planning
  • Prepare and manage sales plans using company tools and standards.

  • Conduct regular reviews of sales performance and propose corrective or recovery actions when order intake may fall short.

4. Sales Execution
  • Create value for both Accelleron and the customer through effective sales techniques and solution-oriented approaches.

  • Communicate proposals in line with Accelleron's offering and strategy, including delivery schedules, payment terms, and general conditions.

  • Support successful negotiation, closure, and follow-through of contracts and transactions.

5. Marketing
  • Execute efficient marketing and promotional activities to strengthen the value proposition for customers.

  • Support initiatives that enhance brand visibility and market penetration.

6. New Market Opportunities
  • Identify, evaluate, and drive the development of new market opportunities within the designated region.

  • Ensure knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration to support business growth.

7. Administration
  • Manage administrative aspects of the sales process in accordance with company procedures.

  • Support collection activities and collaborate with project management teams when necessary.

8. Offer Preparation
  • Coordinate with the Bid & Proposal team and/or Marketing Manager to prepare accurate and competitive technical and commercial offers.

  • Ensure completeness of all financial, technical, pricing, and trading conditions.

Your Background:Must Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales (B2B, B2C, or both).

  • Working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Strong customer orientation, results focus, and strategic mindset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Valid passport and legal authorization to work in Colombia.

Good to Have
  • Mechanical Engineer with 5+ years of experience in the energy or marine market.

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other advanced ERP platforms.
