Responsibilities Lead the sales of products and systems within the designated market in alignment with Accelleron's commercial strategy. Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships while ensuring timely resolution of customer needs and issues. Identify, develop, and convert new sales opportunities to support business growth. Volume & Profitability – Sell products and systems to customers while ensuring alignment with volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned Business Units/Product Groups and actively contribute to achieving revenue and growth objectives. Customer Relations – Establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations; promote customer awareness of Accelleron's full product, system, and service offering; ensure a consistently positive customer experience throughout the entire sales process. Sales Planning – Prepare and manage sales plans using company tools and standards; conduct regular reviews of sales performance and propose corrective or recovery actions when order intake may fall short. Sales Execution – Create value for both Accelleron and the customer through effective sales techniques and solution‑oriented approaches; communicate proposals in line with Accelleron's offering and strategy, including delivery schedules, payment terms, and general conditions; support successful negotiation, closure, and follow‑through of contracts and transactions. Marketing – Execute efficient marketing and promotional activities to strengthen the value proposition for customers and support initiatives that enhance brand visibility and market penetration. New Market Opportunities – Identify, evaluate, and drive the development of new market opportunities within the designated region; ensure knowledge sharing and cross‑functional collaboration to support business growth. Administration – Manage administrative aspects of the sales process in accordance with company procedures; support collection activities and collaborate with project management teams when necessary. Offer Preparation – Coordinate with the Bid & Proposal team and/or Marketing Manager to prepare accurate and competitive technical and commercial offers; ensure completeness of all financial, technical, pricing, and trading conditions. Qualifications Must Have Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field. 2–5 years of experience in sales (B2B, B2C, or both). Working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems. Fluency in both English and Spanish. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Valid driver's license. Strong customer orientation, results focus, and strategic mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid passport and legal authorization to work in Colombia. Good to Have Mechanical Engineer with 5+ years of experience in the energy or marine market. Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other advanced ERP platforms. Benefits Attractive compensation & benefits.
