Interstaff LLC is a global staffing company searching for a **qualified Paralegal / Lawyer - Business Law (Non-Litigation) - Remote.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Business Transaction Support**: Assist attorneys in all phases of business transactions, including due diligence, drafting contracts, conducting legal research, and facilitating negotiations for buy/sell agreements, mergers, and acquisitions.
- **Client Communication**: Communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and regions worldwide, providing updates on transaction progress, addressing queries, and ensuring clear understanding of legal processes and documentation in both English and Spanish.
- **Legal Research and Analysis**: Conduct comprehensive legal research on business law matters, regulatory requirements, international business practices, and jurisdictional considerations to support legal strategies and negotiations.
- **Document Preparation**: Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, memoranda, and transactional documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international business laws.
- **Due Diligence Oversight**: Assist in due diligence processes, coordinating with various stakeholders, reviewing financial statements, identifying risks, and preparing reports for clients.
- **Transactional Management**: Manage transactional timelines, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure adherence to deadlines and regulatory requirements.
- **Collaboration and Support**: Work closely with attorneys, clients, and other team members in a remote setting, providing high-quality support and maintaining confidentiality.

**Qualifications**:

- Law degree from an accredited institution.
- Paralegal certification or law degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business law, particularly in buy/sell negotiations, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic solutions.
- Proven experience in drafting and reviewing business contracts and transactional documents.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing legal research tools and technology.
