Interstaff LLC is a global staffing company searching for a **qualified Abogado / Paralegal - Remote.**

**Position Overview**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Draft, review, and edit a variety of legal documents, including but not limited to agreements, demand letters, litigation issues, including discovery requests & responses, responses to complaints, and settlement agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with USA laws.
- Demonstrate and be willing to stay up to date on USA laws and other relevant statutes & regulations.
- Conduct legal research on federal and California and other state laws, recent case precedents, regulations, and legal articles to support attorneys in case preparation and legal strategy.
- Assist attorneys in managing cases by organizing case files, maintaining documentation, and tracking deadlines.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, update them on case progress, gather necessary information, and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Review corporate policies, contracts, and procedures to ensure compliance with USA laws and regulations.
- Provide assistance in preparing for hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings, including organizing exhibits and compiling necessary documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of legal memoranda, briefs, and other written materials (including articles) under attorney supervision.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent in paralegal studies or a related field.
- Law degree or paralegal certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, with a strong background in USA law, particularly focusing on **Personal Injury / Employment**.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comprehensive knowledge of USA & California and other state laws and regulations.
- Strong legal research skills and familiarity with legal databases and resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools and software.
- Familiarity with law software and case management systems.

**Working From Home**:

- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Good American accent
- Quiet home office work environment
- Willing to work in US PST time zone
- Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10MBPS with internet back-up available
- Dependable electricity with power back-up available
- At least 8-gen i3 processors, 8GB RAM, and Windows or MAC, SSD DiscThis is an excellent opportunity for determined professionals who are driven by goals and would like to grow their careers in a work-from-home setup.

Pay: $6,000,000 - $8,000,000 per month
