It offers business telephone system products and voice-over-internet protocol (VoIP) telephone system products. It was founded in 1984 and is based in Fairfield, New Jersey. **Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and leads promptly and effectively.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate telecommunication and networking equipment solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with telecommunication and networking equipment is a plus.

**Compensation**:

- Depending on Experience

**Working Conditions**:

- This is a remote position.
- You will be required to work during the Eastern Standard Time Zone.

**Experience**:

- Excel: 1 year (preferred)
- CRM's: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (required)
