Overview Horario: Lunes a viernes, de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. (hora Colombia). Se acogen a los feriados colombianos. Sobre la posición: Estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Inside Sales proactivo/a y orientado/a a resultados, responsable de generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y expandir la red comercial en mercados estratégicos de Latinoamérica y el Caribe. Responsibilities Prospectar y contactar agentes y clientes en los países objetivo. Presentar la empresa mediante videollamadas, correos y llamadas. Coordinar con el equipo interno para enviar cotizaciones competitivas. Cumplir metas mensuales de leads, propuestas y cierres. Participar en ferias virtuales y foros logísticos. Actualizar el CRM con información y seguimiento de prospectos. Qualifications OBLIGATORIO: Experiencia en desarrollo comercial en freight forwarding/logística internacional. Conocimientos en transporte marítimo, aéreo y terrestre. Buen nivel de prospección y networking. Proactividad y pasión por los negocios. Manejo de herramientas digitales (CRM, Outlook, LinkedIn, etc.). Capacidad para trabajar con autonomía y orientación a resultados. Additional details Nota: Candidatos de Colombia.
