Neat N’ Tidy is a fast-growing residential and commercial cleaning company serving multiple U.S. markets. We pride ourselves on delivering five-star cleaning experiences through professional service, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach. We’re looking for motivated **Inside Sales Representatives** to join our remote sales team and play a key role in helping customers book the cleaning services they need.
**Role Overview**
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound leads. You’ll engage with potential customers, build rapport, and guide them through our service offerings to match their needs. Using a proven sales script and CRM tools, you’ll focus on converting inquiries into bookings, while maintaining exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities**
- **Engage with Potential Customers**:
- Build rapport and understand each customer’s cleaning needs and preferences.
- **Present and Explain Services**:
- Clearly communicate our deep cleans, moving cleans, and recurring service options.
- Confidently explain benefits and address customer questions or concerns.
- **Utilize Sales Scripts Effectively**:
- Follow the company-provided sales framework while adapting to each customer’s situation.
- Personalize conversations to maximize trust and conversion.
- **Book Cleaning Appointments**:
- Schedule services accurately in BookingKoala.
- Confirm appointment details and provide customers with preparation steps.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**:
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve sales effectiveness.
- **Maintain Accurate Records**:
- Document all interactions, bookings, and notes in the CRM and Google Sheets.
- Keep records updated for seamless follow-up and team collaboration.
- **Follow Up with Leads**:
- Re-engage with potential customers who haven’t booked yet.
- Provide additional info, answer questions, and encourage next steps.
- **Collaborate with Teams**:
- Coordinate with operations for smooth service delivery.
- Share customer feedback to help improve services and sales strategy.
- **Stay Knowledgeable & Professional**:
- Stay updated on pricing, promotions, and policy changes.
- Deliver professional, courteous customer service in every interaction.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in **sales, telesales, or inside sales** (service industry preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written **English communication skills**.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Comfortable following a structured sales process and meeting targets.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a **remote environment**.
