**Horario**: Lunes a jueves de 9:00 a.m. a 7:00 p.m. / Viernes de 9:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m.
**Formación académica**: Título universitario en Marketing, Administración o áreas afines (preferido)
**Experiência**: 2 a 4+ años en ventas, coordinación de marketing o atención al cliente en servicios financieros o gestión de inversiones.
**Descripción del cargo**:
El Associate de Desarrollo de Negocios y Marketing será un enlace clave entre los equipos de Desarrollo de Negocios, Marketing y Experiência del Inversionista, asegurando una experiência fluida desde el onboarding hasta la comunicación y el engagement. Este rol combina excelencia operativa con coordinación estratégica de materiales de marketing, eventos, sistemas de datos y procesos de incorporación de inversionistas.
**Responsabilidades principales**:
**Desarrollo de Negocios y Operaciones**:
- Coordinar con abogados, agentes externos y equipos internos para garantizar una incorporación eficiente de inversionistas.
- Ser punto de contacto principal para el onboarding, gestionando documentación y cumplimiento.
- Apoyar en tareas administrativas y de proyectos relacionados con comunicaciones y cumplimiento.
- Configurar y mantener nuevas ofertas en Juniper Square (CRM).
- Asegurar la integridad de datos entre HubSpot y Juniper Square.
- Apoyar al equipo de desarrollo de negocios con calendarios, viajes y reportes.
- Planificar y organizar webinars, conferencias y eventos, incluyendo aprobaciones de cumplimiento.
**Marketing y Comunicación**:
- Actuar como enlace diario entre Desarrollo de Negocios y Marketing.
- Coordinar solicitudes de contenido y materiales creativos.
- Mantener un calendario actualizado de eventos y necesidades de marketing.
- Asegurar la entrega de reportes post-evento con datos de asistentes, leads e inversionistas.
**Colaboración y Control de Calidad**:
- Garantizar consistencia y alineación de marca en todas las comunicaciones.
- Colaborar con Legal, Cumplimiento y Comunicaciones para mantener estándares de calidad.
- Fomentar una cultura de servicio, responsabilidad y excelencia.
**Habilidades y competencias**:
- Organización y gestión de proyectos
- Comunicación verbal y escrita excelente (multilingüe es un plus)
- Manejo de herramientas CRM y de gestión (HubSpot, Juniper Square, Asana, Box, Filestage) oracle, Salesforce
- Atención al detalle y precisión
- Capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y bajo presión
- Conocimiento en bienes raíces, capital privado o procesos de inversión (deseable)
