We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our sales team by generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential customers. This role plays a key part in the early stages of the sales process and directly contributes to company growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and research potential clients that match predefined criteria Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and other channels Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers Handle objections professionally and clear communicate value Maintain accurate records in the CRM system Collaborate with sales and marketing teams Requirements Experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with decision-makers Goal-oriented, proactive, and resilient mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic experience with CRM tools and email communication Nice to Have Experience working with SMB or B2B clients #J-18808-Ljbffr
