We are currently seeking a Field Tech Associate to join our team in BOGOTA D.C., Distrito Capital de Bogotá (CO-DC), Colombia (CO).

Responsible for the on-site integration of company and multi-vendor systems solutions, which may include hardware, software and networking

products as well as operating systems. On-site and/or remote installation, implementation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or

repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals. Serves as company liaison with client on administrative and technical matters.

Interprets clients' needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, client support representatives or engineers
- These individuals have a working knowledge of one technical skill.
- They work on routine and non-routine matters.
- They handle routine questions and issues, referring complex or unexpected matters to higher level employees for assistance.
- They may regularly interact with customers and first-line management.
- Performs basic troubleshooting, parts replacement, systems upgrades, deployment and repair on desktops /notebooks/printers.
- May respond to calls after normal business hours per leader instructions.
