We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Support Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with business activities and managing day-to-day operations tasks. You will work closely with the management team to help ensure efficient operations and closing the day-to-day Support tickets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in project management tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Handle administrative and operational tasks such' as scheduling, data entry, and managing inventory.
- Maintain accurate records and databases to support decision-making.
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have native or professional fluency in verbal and written English.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business Support, operations, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
