Currently, we are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer - Tableau and PL/SQL to join our team. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for:
**Position Title: IT Business Intelligence Developer - Tableau & PL/SQL**

**Location: Medellín/Bogotá (Hybrid Work Modality)**

**What you will be doing**:

- Collaborate with project teams to elicit and analyze business intelligence requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with business users and other teams to ensure BI solutions align with organizational goals.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of BI reports to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BI solutions.
- Develop and optimize PL SQL queries and scripts for data extraction and transformation.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in Business Intelligence.

**Requirements & Qualifications**

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience developing Business Intelligence reports.
- Experience with PL SQL for data extraction and transformation.
- Proven expertise in Tableau with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience.
- Experience working in project teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal).
- Tableau certifications (preferred).
- Oil & Gas Knowledge (Good to have)
