Currently, we are seeking a Mid+ to Senior Scrum Master to join our team. Here are the

challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for:
**Position Title**: Scrum Master

**Location**: Medellin, Colombia.

**What you will be doing**:

- Act as a servant leader and mentor for multiple Agile teams, guiding them in the

adoption and implementation of Agile practices.
- Facilitate the resolution of complex challenges and conflicts within and between

teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and trust.
- Drive the continuous improvement of Agile processes and frameworks,

leveraging industry best practices and innovative techniques.
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to align Agile initiatives

with strategic goals and priorities.
- Coach and develop other Scrum Masters, fostering their growth and enabling

them to succeed in their roles.
- Ability to comprehend client needs and issues in order to develop strategies

based on them.
- Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to positively

influence the client's business.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or similar advanced Agile certifications.
- Extensive experience as a Scrum Master, leading multiple Agile teams in complex

projects.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, frameworks, and scaling practices (e.g.,

SAFe, LeSS).
- Demonstrated ability to drive Agile transformation and improve organizational

Agile maturity.
- Excellent coaching and mentorship skills to develop and empower other Scrum

Masters.
- Jira
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align Agile initiatives with business goals.
- Effective stakeholder management and collaboration with senior management
