**What we’re looking for**:
A sales professional with direct work experience in **selling to Communication Service Providers (CSPs**) in LATAM.

This is an individual contributor role with a high level of expertise in the field.

It is a remote role based in Colombia.
**What you’ll do**:

- Identify and “hunt” new sales opportunities in both existing and new Communication Service Providers in LATAM
- Manage the relationships with existing clients in the region
- Create awareness and demand for Company’s solutions
- Manage a ‘pipeline’ of opportunities using “salesforce” and provide timely and accurate reports to management.
- Proactively drive new business by working with multiple departments within Allot (finance, legal, deliver & business units) in order to facilitate the business.
- Manage the communication and internal coordination of Allot’s support infrastructure: sales support and executive team to insure customer education and satisfaction
- Serve as point of escalation for customer issues and proactively monitor status to ensure customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:
**What you should have**:

- **6+ years** Sales and Account Management experience, **selling into Communications Service Providers (CSP) in LATAM** specifically to Colombia, Panama, Mexico, Peru and others.
- Experience selling to **multiple departments** within the CSPs, including network, CTO, procurement, and business groups
- Team player - ability to work within and as part of a team
- Experience selling **complex solutions within the networking space**; additional experience selling **cybersecurity solutions** would be a plus
- Proved experience **“hunting” for new accounts** within the CSP space
- Exceptional ability to influence decision makers in multiple departments
- Consistent, year on year, high performance track record
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation & communication skills required
- Availability to travel around LATAM.
- Proficient in the English language.
