**_ What we’re looking for:_**
As our Head of LATAM Sales, you have a unique opportunity to build out and lead the Sales team across LATAM for one of fastest growing SAAS startups ever built. You will be leading the strategy, execution and people management for Sales in LATAM.
**_ Some things you’ll enjoy tackling:_**
- Recruit, inspire, lead and scale a high-performing LATAM sales team
- Reporting into the CRO
- Setting and executing Deel’s sales strategy in LATAM.
- Assuming the leadership of a growing sales organization in the critical LATAM region
- Set and execute an aggressive customer acquisition strategy to generate growth in revenue and bookings
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base within LATAM
- Work closely with other functions and executives across Deel to establish and develop a strong and collaborative partnership to ensure continued success
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
- Manage the overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management
- Plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
- Be willing to move at Deel speed
**We’d love to chat if you**:
- You have 10+ years of sales experience, with a strong LATAM focus
- Experience working at a hyper growth startup with a minimum of $100m ARR
- Solid track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining a high performing sales organization with 50+ team members
- Strong cross team experience and track record of working to influence cross-team leaders
- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
- Proven ability to drive transformational change across a large organization: understands the drivers of how to change a culture, assess performance, continuously refresh a sales organization and build capability
- Excellent operational and analytical abilities
- Proven track record of building satisfied, loyal and reference-able customers
- Dynamic and strong sales execution mindset with a passion for a fast-paced growing environment
- B2B experience selling cloud based solutions is strongly preferred
- Comfortable with a very fast-paced environment and high growth revenue team
- Global mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
