Overview:
Responsible for implementing and managing the GRC strategy for Iberolatam. The GRC Director is expected to build and drive the maturity of GRC programs that meet regulatory, business and security objectives. Through collaboration with various business and support function including IT and Security teams, the incumbent will ensure TP Iberolatam security posture is strong and ready to meet regulatory, internal and client expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- The Director, GRMC is responsible for three programs:
1) Governance - ensuring appropriate decision-making structures and processes and managing creation and maintenance of governance documents (e.g. policies, standards, procedures) of Information Technology and Security teams.

2) Risk Management - identify, analyze, and facilitate decision-making and auctioning on risks. Ensure alignment with ERM processes and organizational risk appetite.

3) Compliance - identify organizational mandatory and voluntary requirements, translate them into IT/S controls, facilitate implementation of requirements and perform regular control assurance exercises. Resources to do the job require sound and proven leadership ability, strong analytical skills, and technical expertise.
- In alignment with Alliant governance processes, develop specific IT/S structures and

uphold 5-step process for governing documents creation and management. Ensure

appropriate communication of IT/S requirements across the organization. Work closely

governing documents; such to ensure organizational needs and regulatory

requirements.

Qualifications:

- 8 or 12 years of experience leading GRC programs in multiple countries under different regulatory requirements.
- English B2+ or C1.
- This is a Work at Home position.
- Compliance, Risk management, or Governance certifications (CRISC, CISM, CISA) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in information security, Risk Management or related fields is a plus.
