With more than 50 team members, the team forms a well-linked network across a variety of locations, lifestyles, and backgrounds. **BENEFITS**: **SALARY**: 800 USD to 1,200 USD monthly (Base on experience) **COMMISSION**:5% for all revenue over base salary and no maximum limit (uncapped) **BENEFITS**:100% remote work, healthcare allowance, mobile & internet allowance, unlimited sick & vacation days, maternity/paternity **HIRING STATUS**: Contractor (Full Time) / 2 months (60 days) **About the role**: **RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Using a standardized call script Patient Quality Agents will contact > 200X patients per day to determine patient quality - Patient Quality Agents will determine the quality of a) the dental clinic/dentists b) the Dental Departures customer service agent who worked with the patient c) assist the patient to schedule any future bookings - All clinic/dentist/customer care agent quality metrics will be recorded in Medical Departures’ CRM system. - Booking attendance status and dental treatment amount/invoices/receipts provided by the dental patient will be stored & recorded in the CRM tool and shared with the finance & audit teams - All future bookings will be logged into Medical Departures booking platform - Collaborate with other Jr & Sr. inside sales team members to achieve company sales goals. - Meet and beat the call & sales quotas (revenue, estimated gross booking value - EGBV), cancellation/no show rates, invoice rates) established per month, if sales quota is not met the contractor will be coached for improvement, if no improvement sales leads reduced and/or removed and if no material improvement seen - contract terminated. - Daily tracking and monitoring of outbound sales calls, completion rates, quality metrics, additional booking ratios, sales funnels, and conversion rates will be recorded - Proactively identify patient issues that need to be resolved, escalated to Sr. Sales agents or dental partner dentists to prevent patient issues - Respond swiftly and courteously to patient inquiries or complaints - Adjust sales presentation based on success/fail averages - Coordinate with other departments (Sales managers, Marketing department, Content Department, Supply department); - Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints. - Log and track all leads through our CRM (Zoho). - Build a strong sales pipeline by following up on cold leads and referrals for future bookings. - Work within the agreed schedule. (Available to work on weekends if required) - Attend training and coaching sessions as required. **ADDITIONAL DUTIES AS REQUIRED**: - Attend regular team & individual 1-on-1 meetings with a team leader - Weekend availability, according to shift schedule (5 days on, 2 days off) - Early/late availability, according to shift schedule - Preventing unsound or unethical business practices. - Submitting timely expense reports for reimbursements and completing other tasks and reports in accordance with Company policies and procedures. - Support the achievement of the Medical Departures Inc.’s sales and revenues objectives - Help build the world’s largest global medical marketplace **JOB REQUIREMENTS**: - 2-3 years Sales experience. - 2+ years Cold calling experience (Outbound call is must) - Fluent in English (verbal and written) *need-2-have* - Experience meeting or beating sales targets - Proven experience being in the ‘top tier’ of sales performance at your previous employers - Fluent in Spanish/German/French/Arabic (verbal and written) *nice-2-have* - Extensive technical experience with: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams Chat) or Google Business suite (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Docs, Drive), CRM (Zoho, Zendesk, Salesforce, SugarCRM, Freshworks), phones (Twilio, RingCentral, Dialpad, CallTrackingMetrics, Tollfreeforwarding), chat (LiveChat, Olark, - Familiarity & knowledge of dental or medical procedures *nice-2-have* - Excellent listening and writing skills - 40+ WPM typing ability - Travel savvy - international travel experience *nice-2-have* - Experience tracking and maintaining a sales funnel through CRM (Zoho) and other tools. - Ability to work responsibly and productively from a remote home-office environment with good time management. - Weekend availability, according to shift schedule (5 days on, 2 days off) - Early/late availability, according to shift schedule **EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENT**: - High speed internet & mobile connections - Reliable computer & mobile device with audio and video capabilities **Experience**: - Cold Calling: 3 years (required) - sales: 2 years (required) **Language**: - English (required)
