**International Trade Coordinator**

We are hiring a International Trade Coordinator/Freight Forwarder with a **Logistics Planner**background, specializing in **air freight operations**. This role involves managing the full shipment lifecycle for e-commerce cargo—from origin to final mile delivery—while ensuring compliance, timeliness, and excellent coordination with key stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and coordinate air freight shipments from origin to delivery.
- Ensure full TSA compliance and act as the audit point of contact.
- Manage bookings, airway bills, tracking, and ground coordination.
- Resolve service issues and maintain proactive communication with partners.
- Collaborate with airline cargo teams, ground handlers, and internal teams.

**Required Experience**
- **Min 1 year as a Planner in a Freight Forwarder**, focused on **air freight**.
- Strong knowledge of TSA regulations, airline cargo processes, and freight forwarding operations.
- Proficiency in TMS platforms and Google Workspace tools.
- Self-driven and capable of working under time-sensitive conditions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

**Shifts (Rotation)**
- 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM CST
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST

**Contract Details**
- Permanent role
- Compensation negotiable
