**About the Role**

Savant is seeking a **Trade Content Specialist** to support our Global Trade team in creating, maintaining, and optimizing engaging, accurate, and informative content on global trade, customs, and compliance topics.

You will research, write, and manage high-quality materials such as articles, whitepapers, and guides that simplify complex regulations and help businesses navigate international trade with confidence.

This role combines creative storytelling with analytical precision and offers excellent exposure to global trade, compliance, and cross-border e-commerce operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Content Development & Strategy**
- Research, write, and edit clear, engaging content related to customs, tariffs, taxes, and international trade.
- Develop educational materials and country-specific guides that simplify trade and compliance topics.
- Collaborate with internal experts to ensure accuracy and consistency in all published materials.
- Create visuals, infographics, and other supporting content to improve comprehension and engagement.
- Produce timely content responding to global trade updates or regulatory changes.

**Content Management & Optimization**
- Maintain and update trade-related pages and digital resources (e.g., Trade Tracker) using CMS platforms like WordPress or SquareSpace.
- Optimize materials for SEO and emerging AI search engines (Answer Engine Optimization - AEO).
- Regularly review and refresh existing content to keep it accurate and compliant with evolving regulations.
- Track content performance and recommend improvements to enhance visibility and reach.

**Research & Collaboration**
- Monitor international trade developments, tariff changes, and compliance updates.
- Conduct research on industry trends and keywords to identify high-impact content opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align content with Savant’s global communication strategy.
- Support webinars, product launches, and educational initiatives with well-researched and high-quality materials.

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in content marketing, communications, or technical writing.
- Excellent English writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Solid research skills and ability to turn complex topics into clear, engaging materials.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and CMS platforms (WordPress, Notion, or SquareSpace).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

**Preferred**
- Understanding of global trade, customs, or e-commerce.
- Experience using AI tools for content creation or optimization.
- Familiarity with B2B or SaaS marketing environments.
- Basic design skills with tools like Canva, Figma, or Notion.
