We're Hiring: Bilingual Case Coordinator – Personal Injury (U.S. Legal Support)

Are you a highly organized and client-focused professional with experience in U.S. personal injury cases? We're looking for a Bilingual Case Coordinator (English/Spanish) to join our remote legal support team and assist U.S.-based attorneys and clients.

About the Role

As a Bilingual Case Coordinator with personal injury experience, you will serve as a key point of contact between clients, attorneys, and medical providers. This role involves managing active personal injury cases, maintaining regular communication with clients, and ensuring cases move forward efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for personal injury clients in both English and Spanish
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies
  • Manage case files, documentation, and medical records
  • Track treatment, appointments, and case milestones
  • Assist with demand packages and settlement preparation
  • Ensure deadlines are met, and case information is accurate and up to date
  • Provide compassionate, professional client support throughout the case lifecycle

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Case Manager in U.S. personal injury cases
  • Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and client service abilities
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
