Job Description

The
Project Coordinator
is a key member of the
Special Forces team
, responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of internal and external consulting projects. This role ensures seamless coordination between stakeholders, timely delivery of milestones, and adherence to the department's dynamic methodology that combines consulting, execution, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Coordination:
    Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
  • Execution Support:
    Ensure progress across all project phases:
    Diagnosis → Design → Execution → Deployment → Handoff → Sustainability
    . Guarantee deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    Act as a liaison between internal teams, external clients, and implementation specialists, maintaining clear and proactive communication channels.
  • Data & Reporting:
    Collect and analyze project data for KPI dashboards. Prepare weekly and monthly status reports for governance reviews.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Identify process gaps and propose enhancements. Support CI initiatives such as Lean Six Sigma projects and automation pilots.
  • Technology Utilization:
    Use project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana) for task tracking and leverage analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau) for reporting.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable with project management and analytics tools.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or similar roles (preferably in BPO or consulting environments).
  • Certification in Agile or Lean Six Sigma (preferred).
