**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Database Management**:

- Organize and maintain real estate databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date property listings.
- Input new property details and update records as necessary.
- Track client interactions and manage contact information.
- Assist with CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and client communications.
- **Property Management Support**:

- Coordinate property maintenance requests and liaise with contractors and vendors.
- Assist with tenant inquiries and communicate updates regarding property issues.
- Track lease agreements, renewals, and other essential documents.
- Monitor rent payments and assist with overdue payment follow-ups.
- **Communication & Client Relations**:

- Make outbound calls to tenants, property owners, and potential leads.
- Assist with scheduling property viewings and meetings with clients or tenants.
