**Responsabilidades**:
- Responsable de iniciar el contacto con clientes potenciales a través de llamadas telefónicas (Promedio de 200-300 llamadas por día).
- Promocionar activamente los productos y servicios de seguros de nuestra compañía.
- Calificar a los contactos potenciales mediante la comprensión de sus necesidades e identificar a aquellos con mayor probabilidad de convertirse en clientes.
- Utilizar técnicas de ventas para persuadir a los clientes de aceptar la transferencia telefónica a nuestros agentes de seguros para generar leads o cerrar ventas.
- Registrar con precisión la información del cliente, los detalles de la llamada y las acciones de seguimiento dentro del sistema CRM de la empresa.
- Cumplir o superar consistentemente las métricas propuestas.
**Requisitos**:
- Ser bilingüe (Español-ingles)
- Experiência de 1 año en servicio al cliente.
**Conocimientos**:
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación tanto en español como en ingles.
- Técnicas de persuasión para ventas
- Conocimiento del producto
- Experiência en manejo de CRM
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades y tareas.
**Habilidades**:
- Atención al detalle.
- Pensamiento analítico.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y organización.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente.
