We’ve built all of our technology in house including an EHR, patient care admin system, patient portal, website, marketing technology etc. Winona has two compounding pharmacies and a team of in house physicians providing world-class care via a fully vertically integrated business model.

**About the role**:
Winona is looking to hire a **full-time remote Performance Marketing Analyst.** As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our digital advertising efforts across various channels. You will leverage data analytics, conduct in-depth campaign analysis, and provide insights to drive improvements in ROI and user acquisition.

**Seniority Level**:Mid-Senior Level

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize data analytics tools to extract actionable insights and trends, providing recommendations for improving campaign performance
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to improve conversion rates
- Optimize advertising spend and budgets to maximize ROI and achieve key performance metrics
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to inform SEO and SEM strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for improvement
- Create regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate results to stakeholders
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and development teams, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Analyst or in a similar role in digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.)
- Experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other
- Knowledge of A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

**Nice to have**:

- Certification in Digital Marketing and Data Analytics
