As a Marketing data analyst**,** you will esponsible for managing the overall metrics of the company's events, campaigns, website, and social media, as well as creating clear and understandable dashboards using Power BI out of said metrics.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Manage overall metrics of the company's events, campaigns, website, and social media
- Create clear and understandable dashboards using Power BI out of said metrics
- Propose improvements for events, sales and other campaigns, website, and social media based on the metrics collected
- Research the market to understand the company's position in it, including researching our competitors of existing and future segments the company incurs on
- Analyze internal data to create buyer personas to improve lead-generation campaigns
- Manage Salesforce leads data cleaning, ensuring data added to the platform of leads coming from events, sales and other campaigns, website, and social media are correct
- Guide the team to clean leads downloaded for our lead-generation tools and campaigns
- Guide team to clean the existing leads in our Salesforce and Mailchimp databases
- Manage and supervise a team of data analysts and coordinators

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Studies**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field
- **Experience**: At least 1 year and a half of experience in data analytics, metrics management or related field
- at least one year of experience with Proficient in Power BI and Salesforce
- **Language**: Advanced English skills. B2+ or C1 preferred.
