**Position Summary**:
As a **Growth Marketing Manager**, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through creative marketing techniques. You will leverage your skills in digital marketing, analytics, and creativity to identify growth opportunities, design and implement experiments and optimize marketing campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and growth hacking techniques, as well as a proven track record of successfully scaling marketing efforts to achieve business objectives.
**What you’ll do**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing plans to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Lead and manage a small team of marketing specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and creative, to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning
- Optimize marketing campaigns based on performance metrics, such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), using data-driven insights to continuously improve results
- Manage marketing automation workflows to nurture leads, convert prospects into customers, and drive customer retention and upsell
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and make data-driven recommendations for marketing optimization and growth strategies
- Provide regular reports and updates on marketing performance and key metrics to senior management.
**About you**:
- Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, startup or scale-up environment
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing, including A/B testing, performance tracking, and optimization
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a small team, providing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding marketing goals
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapt to changes, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
