What You'll Be Doing Be part of our client's team as an Outbound Business Development Representative , driving new business through strategic outreach across North America. You'll engage decision‑makers, uncover packaging needs, qualify opportunities, and book discovery meetings—while working within a predictable, balanced schedule that supports long‑term performance. Role Snapshot Shift: EST day schedule (8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM) Why This Role Works for Your Life 5‑day work week 20 vacation days in total Fully customized Emapta laptop and peripherals Direct exposure to our clients Diverse and supportive work environment Unlimited upskilling through Emapta Academy courses What You'll Need to Succeed 1‑3 years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales professional (B2B or North American markets preferred) Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills Confident phone presence with the ability to engage decision‑makers Experience using Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Familiarity with outbound sequencing tools such as Apollo is an asset Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting activity and meeting targets Strong grasp of consultative selling and discovery conversations Background in packaging, printing, or manufacturing is an advantage Your Day‑to‑Day Impact Outreach to high‑potential prospects in food, beverage, and pet food sectors across North America Execute multi‑channel outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone Engage owners, marketing managers, and operations leaders to uncover packaging needs Lead structured discovery calls to identify pain points, budgets, and timelines Qualify prospects using the MEDDIC framework and book meetings for Account Executives Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in Salesforce and Apollo Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales and AEs to ensure seamless handoffs and steady pipeline growth Who You'll Be Working With Our client is a leading wholesale trade printer serving North America for over two decades .
