Business Development Representative (Workshop Lead Generation) Location: Remote, Nearshore (Colombia / LATAM Preferred): Type: Full-Time, Remote Company Description IVOLVE + THRIVE offers South Florida's premier peer advisory groups, bringing together business owners for support and improved decision making. Our workshops and peer advisory groups help business owners overcome isolation, overwork and blind spots while gaining clarity, worth and freedom, in both business and life. Role Description We are seeking a full-time Business Development Representative (BDR) focused on workshop lead generation and attendee conversions . This role is all about outbound outreach, conversations with business owners, booking registrations and driving show‑up rates. You'll work alongside ownership and with business intelligence tools to provide you the data and information you need to be successful. This is a remote, near shore role (Colombia/LATAM), with uncapped upside for a high performer. Responsibilities Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email and social media Book registrations for our monthly workshops and confirm attendance Hold consultative conversations with business owners Qualify prospects for potential long-term fit in our peer advisory groups Maintain accurate date in our CRM and keep pipeline stages up to date Create and refine outbound lists for targeting Collaborate with sales management and leadership on messaging and sequences Meet daily outreach and weekly registration targets; reduce no shows through reminders and follow ups Qualifications 2+ years of B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or inside sales Comfortable with outbound calls, emails and social media outreach Strong communication skills and consultative approach Organized, self‑motivated, results driven, resilient Tech Savvy: Ideal candidate will be versed with CRM software, email automation and sequences, LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io experience a plus (Preferred) Event promotion or membership sales experience (Preferred) familiarity with small business ecosystems (Preferred) Proven success booking meetings with business owners or decision makers What We Offer Highly competitive pay with heavy performance incentives Coaching, Training and growth‑focused environment Remote Work Flexibility Growth within the company internally What We Are Looking For Confident and Consistent Top Performers Applicants interested in uncapped upside compensation A willingness to think creatively, take initiative and show resiliency Aspirations to grow with the company as it grows #J-18808-Ljbffr
