Your Role in the Spotlight Be part of our client's team as a Client Intake Specialist , where you'll engage with prospective clients, conduct initial consultations, collect essential information, and guide them through legal services. You'll maintain client records, track leads, and support the office while ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, clarity, and trust. Visit ) What We're Looking For 2-3 years of experience in intake or sales of products or services Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred Superior sales and customer service skills Proficient with calendar programs, Microsoft Office, and CRM software General knowledge of the legal industry preferred Fluency in English and Spanish preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills Highly organized, diligent, and able to work independently Confident, articulate, and diplomatic, with strong emotional intelligence Ability to guide prospective clients to sign engagement letters Self-motivated and self-directed to achieve personal and office goals Your Daily Impact Handle in-bound and out-bound leads regarding PNCs interested in hiring the firm Conduct in-depth initial consultations with prospective new clients (PNCs) to present and sell legal services Collect information about PNCs and the matters for which they are seeking the firm's help, assuring them attorneys and staff are well-equipped to handle their needs Maintain contact with PNCs who do not appear for their consultation and those who did not retain services, keeping the door open for future engagement Maintain a tracking system to monitor leads, new clients, and referral sources, ensuring the office's software is up to date Track metrics related to new client PNCs and sales Actively engage in dialogue and report to management regarding the quality and volume of leads, offering constructive feedback and suggestions for process improvements In accordance with ethical rules governing lawyers, prepare prospective clients for engagement, with final documents approved and signed by a licensed attorney About the Client Our client is a leading insurance plaintiff firm, trusted for handling complex property damage, personal injury, medical claims, and immigration cases.
