Job Title: Chat Sales Representative

Location: On-site, Bogotá

Contract Type: Open-ended

Salary: Starting at 2,850,000 COP/month

Compensation: Uncapped Commissions + Benefits

About Us:

We're looking for a motivated Chat Sales Representative to join our team in Bogotá If you enjoy sales and interacting with customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage with customers via live chat and help them with product inquiries.
  • Close sales and achieve targets.
  • Keep track of sales in our CRM system.

  • Uncapped Commissions – earn as much as you want based on performance.
  • Starting Salary of 2,850,000 COP/month, with potential increases.

What We're Looking For:

  • Sales or customer service experience (chat support is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Goal-driven and proactive.
  • Ability to work on-site with the team.
  • B2+ English proficiency is required.
