Crystalia Glass LLC is a leading provider of premium glass products, dedicated to transforming spaces with elegance and sophistication. With a commitment to craftsmanship and innovation, we specialize in designing and manufacturing high‑quality glass solutions for residential and commercial projects. Founded in 2017 in New York, the company has expanded its presence with offices in Los Angeles, Florida and Texas, serving clients across America. We are expanding our team and establishing a new Sales Department. We are currently seeking a Head of Sales to lead this initiative. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven hands‑on leadership experience, deep knowledge of sales operations and CRM processes, and a strong analytical mindset. Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s goals, prioritize key market segments, and increase sales. Analyze current sales statistics and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and report findings to senior management. Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members, conduct regular performance reviews, and set goals to ensure they achieve and exceed their targets. Coordinate daily trading activities to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues that arise. Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members, ensuring alignment with company values and priorities. Collaborate with senior management to improve and develop the sales department, providing feedback on areas for growth. Perform market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and improve competitive positioning. Requirements 7–10 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Proven B2B/B2C sales experience is required. Fluent English (C1–C2) is mandatory. Experience managing and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Inflow, or similar). Experience building a sales department from the ground up. Digitally savvy: strong proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software. Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast. Highly organized and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong negotiation abilities and team collaboration. Results‑driven, accountable, and effective in managing change.
