About the Role

We're hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team in a fast-paced, high-volume inbound sales environment. You'll handle 60–90 inbound leads per week, closing deals quickly through short, consultative sales conversations. This isn't just a sales job—it's an opportunity to grow into a leadership position as we expand our team.

What You'll Do

Daily Sales Activities:

  • Answer and manage 60–90 inbound leads per week via phone, email, and CRM
  • Convert prospects into customers through short, focused sales calls (typically 10–15 minutes)
  • Make strategic outbound calls to warm leads for follow-up and conversion
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs to offer tailored solutions
  • Track all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate with the service operations team using Housecall Pro

As You Grow:

  • Develop deep product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Mentor and support new sales team members as the team expands
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements and sales strategies
  • Transition into a Sales Team Lead role, coaching and guiding other representatives

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of inside sales or customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with strong English proficiency and minimal accent
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets
  • Comfortable handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
  • Natural relationship-builder who connects easily with customers
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with short sales cycles and inbound lead conversion
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Housecall Pro, or similar CRM/service platforms
  • Background in home services, field services, or similar industries
  • Previous experience coaching or mentoring team members
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas

Growth Path

This role is designed for someone who wants to grow with the company. Within the next few months, as we hire additional sales representatives, we'll promote one SDR to Sales Team Lead. This person will:

  • Coach and mentor new sales team members
  • Support training and onboarding processes
  • Help optimize sales workflows and strategies
  • Serve as a bridge between sales reps and management
Schedule Evolution
  • Current: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM MST
  • Within 2–3 months: Transitioning to 4×10 or 3.5×12 schedule as the sales team restructures
