Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and results‑focused Lifecycle Marketing Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key strategic leader, helping guide our clients toward long‑term, scalable growth. Your mission is to ensure predictable and consistent revenue through lifecycle marketing initiatives—leveraging data‑driven insights to create forecasts, shape strategic plans, and maintain reliable performance. At CTC, your expertise is invaluable, covering the elements of CTC’s strategic forecasting methods and the foundational principles of retention marketing. Your responsibilities extend far beyond email execution—you act as a trusted partner to our clients in all areas of customer lifecycle strategy. You will clearly articulate the reasoning behind our recommendations, bridging the gap between forecasts and the email, SMS, direct mail, and other lifecycle touchpoints we deploy. Your ability to explain the "why" strengthens client confidence and builds a deeper sense of partnership. Key Responsibilities Serve as a champion of CTC’s distinctive lifecycle approach and the tools that power it. Lead with clarity and intention, ensuring that every initiative is executed with excellence and aligned with client goals. Design, refine, and scale high‑impact lifecycle marketing strategies. Develop and maintain email and SMS forecasts, leveraging the Prophet System and Growth Map. Analyze metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of retention efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with design, content, and other teams to create compelling, brand‑consistent email content. Maintain data integrity across Statlas and other tracking tools, ensuring accurate reporting. Execute Prophit system tasks, including tactical deconstructions, monthly forecasting, and performance actualization. Communicate with clients—providing daily performance updates, weekly Slack updates, and aligning on forecasts and strategy. Contribute learnings back to the system for continuous improvement. Ensure deliverables are on‑brand, technically sound, and on schedule. Keep abreast of industry trends, new features, and best practices in retention marketing. Be a client‑facing consultant, solving business problems beyond the email platform. Prioritize relational equity with team and clients to foster lasting relationships for the continued growth of CTC and consumer brands. Minimum Experience Requirements At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in email and SMS marketing, with proven execution across campaigns, automations, segmentation, and optimization. At least 2 years of experience in retention marketing, owning initiatives that drive predictable revenue, customer lifetime value, and ongoing lifecycle improvements. Required Skills Strong communication and presentation skills in English. Excellent data analysis skills, proficient in Google Sheets and other data tools. Ability to approach challenges with structured thinking and practical solutions. Passion for e‑commerce and a strong desire to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. Job Scope & Management Oversee the profitable growth of retention channels, including email, SMS, direct mail, pop‑ups, and push notifications. Write briefs and ensure the rest of the team can execute effectively. Complete reports with high accuracy, checking against multiple data points. Collaborate across design, content, and other relevant teams. Maintain client satisfaction levels above benchmark rates. Work directly under Josh Tay, Director of Retention , aligning on goals and receiving mentorship. What You’ll Achieve Master CTC’s ideology and achieve proficiency in the Prophit system. Deliver high‑accuracy retention performance, exceeding expectations. Lead and collaborate with teams to optimize productivity. Maintain client satisfaction levels above benchmark rates.
