Buscamos un Content Strategist con sólida experiencia en estrategias de adquisición digital y gestión de comunidades (Community Management). Queremos un perfil creativo, analítico y orientado a resultados, capaz de diseñar, implementar y optimizar contenidos que impulsen nuestra presencia digital y fortalezcan la conexión con nuestros clientes. Responsibilities Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de contenido alineadas con objetivos de adquisición y fidelización. Gestionar la comunicación digital en redes sociales y comunidades online. Gestionar y ejecutar campañas con influenciadores y creadores UGC. Monitorear tendencias digitales y crear formatos o contenidos disruptivos alineados al momento. Crear y ejecutar la parrilla de contenido mensual para los mercados de Perú y Colombia. Generar reportes mensuales con resultados del mes y presentar nuevas propuestas de contenido. Optimizar el performance de campañas y contenidos a través de métricas y data. Coordinar con equipos de marketing, diseño y producto para garantizar mensajes consistentes. Requisitos Experiencia comprobada como Content Strategist y/o Community Manager (ideal en fintech, startups o entornos digitales). Conocimiento en marketing digital, SEO, SEM y herramientas de analítica. Creatividad, excelente comunicación escrita y enfoque estratégico. Residencia en Bogotá y disponibilidad para trabajo 100% presencial. Ofrecemos Contrato a término indefinido con contratación inmediata. Salario competitivo, acorde a experiencia y conocimientos. Horario: Lunes a jueves 8:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m. | Viernes hasta 5:00 p.m. Acceso a espacios de integración y bienestar. Parqueadero disponible.
