As we expand our reach, we’re looking to grow our team with a part-time or full-time Lifecycle Marketing Specialist who’s passionate about user engagement, retention, and creating meaningful health experiences. This remote role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work closely with a purpose-driven team committed to accessibility, impact, and innovation in healthcare.

**The Role**

Tuyo Health is seeking a **Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (Contractor)** to help design and execute user-centered engagement and retention strategies across our digital health programs. From onboarding new clients to reactivating end users, your work will ensure every interaction across the customer journey is personalized, effective, and aligned with our mission to make healthcare more accessible in Latin America.

This is a fully remote contractor position (part-time or full-time) ideal for a hands-on marketer who understands lifecycle dynamics, builds thoughtful campaigns, and thrives in fast-moving, purpose-driven environments.

**Responsibilities**
- Support onboarding flows for both business clients and individual users
- Create automated, personalized communications that drive engagement and reduce churn
- Identify friction points and optimize key moments across the customer journey
- Run A/B tests and continuous performance improvements
- Collaborate with Product, Content, and Customer Experience teams to align messaging and user flow
- Manage CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Customer.io, Iterable)
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking engagement, NPS, retention, and LTV
- Create templates, content, and flows tailored to different lifecycle stages
- Ensure that communications reflect Tuyo’s values of dignity, simplicity, and care

**Requirements**:

- +2 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing
- Hands-on experience with multichannel marketing flows and customer journeys
- Strong command of marketing automation and CRM tools
- Empathetic communication style and a user-focused mindset
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make quick, iterative decisions
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environment

**Nice-to-Haves**
- Experience in telehealth, digital health, or health tech platforms
- Familiarity with B2B2C models or hybrid customer types
- Knowledge of the BPO or customer service industry
- Previous experience working in LATAM markets
- Comfort with tools like Customer.io, Slack, Zapier, Figma

**Compensation & Setup**
